Arianna is a relational psychotherapist in private practice in New York whose clinical work is sharp, specific, and deeply informed by psychoanalytic thinking. Her practice was thriving through referrals, but her digital presence told a completely different story. The existing site under "Good Talk NYC" was generic, legally questionable as a brand name, and doing nothing to attract the kind of patients she actually wanted to work with. The gap between her reputation in the room and her presence online was stark.
We rebuilt everything from the ground up. Through a series of deep brand discovery sessions, we extracted the philosophical core of her work: a blend of warmth and directness she calls "brutally practical optimism," a belief that symptoms are signals rather than the real problem, and a therapeutic stance built on the idea that the patterns shaping your life took years to form and a worksheet is not going to undo them. That became the foundation for a new personal brand, full site architecture, custom copy, and a visual identity rooted in the warmth and intentionality of her own office space.
The result is a platform that does what her previous site never could: let prospective clients feel her before they ever pick up the phone. The site leads with her voice, her philosophy, and the real experience of working with someone who will meet you exactly where you are and then hold you accountable for where you want to go.
